Terms & Conditions
All our items are dispatched using a courier and can be tracked using a unique consignment number emailed to you at the time of dispatch. Standard delivery time is 2-3 weeks, and some products are on a next day delivery, this will be stated in the product description. Please check the item details for confirmation. If shipping outside of the GCC, please allow an extra 2-3 weeks for delivery time.
1- Privacy & Security
We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. To prevent unauthorized access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.
2- Returns, Replacements & Refunds
You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). It is the customer’s responsibility to return goods in good condition with all packaging intact. If goods are returned that cannot be resold as ‘brand new,’ the buyer will only receive a partial refund. You should expect to receive your refund within ten days of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (1 to 3 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 2 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (3 to 5 business days). Any issues or problems with the order must be put in writing within 14 days of receiving the delivery.
All custom-built cases come with lifetime guarantees:
- Lifetime guarantee covers general wear and tear and manufacturing defects only.
- Damage as a result of misuse is not covered under the lifetime guarantee.
- Lifetime guarantee excludes castors and all internal foam/carpet.
- ProBoxes reserves the right to request the product to be returned for inspection before the warranty is granted.
This guarantee does not apply, however, if the usability is restricted by improper use or externally occurring forces (particularly flight or transport damage, e.g., deformation, body breakages, scratches wear, etc.) or by liquids. We advise that flight or transport damage should be reported to the carrier in order to gain compensation from them. To the extent permitted by law, ProBox’s liability is limited to the case and not the owner’s case contents, and we do not hold the responsibility of the contents of the case is damaged.

All orders placed on this website will be subject to acceptance in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Non-acceptance of your order may be due to any one or more of the following non-exhaustive reasons:
- The product you ordered is out of stock.
- Non-authorization of payment.
- We have identified a pricing or product description error.
- Miss-calculated shipping costs.
- There is a system or procurement failure and failed customer validation checks.
- Other restrictions for the country you have selected which prevent fulfilling your order for delivery.
5- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
We do our best to keep prices as competitive as possible online, if you would like to be informed about our latest offers, please sign up for our electronic newsletter. Promotions: Sale prices are ONLY available through our online website and cannot be purchased over the telephone or in-store. Discount does not apply to any custom cases or custom work within this period. This is a web-only offer and discount is automatically applied. Any telephone orders or orders via email may not receive the refund unless otherwise agreed. Sale items may also have a longer Leadtime.
Special Offers, Price Reductions, and Discount Codes do not apply to Custom Cases.
6- Viewing Orders
You can view your current and past orders through your account online. If you have forgotten your password, you can request for your user account to be reset.
7- Updating Account Information

8- Custom Flight Cases
No refunds will be accepted on any custom-built flight cases that have been specifically designed for your order. If for any reason, the fault is found to be of ProBoxes, we will organize the collection and either supply a new case or provide the necessary changes as agreed with the customer. All dimensions need to be confirmed via email. Under no circumstances do we take dimensions for a flight case over the phone. Special Offers, Price Reductions, and Discount Codes do not apply to Custom Cases.
